Sudden Silence

I sit alone in my world
Staring at my weakening walls
Everything appear new
For they suddenly got my view
Silence had suddenly broken in
with a loud noise.

Though we are united at heart
Yet we sit miles apart
I reminisce on the wrong
That had suddenly soured our song.
The worth of the noise
That had broken us into silence

To and fro
On the lane of my thoughts I go
I weigh the matters
I seek answers
To why so suddenly
We swim in silence...
